The objective of the fifth and last use case, supported by the European Research Infrastructure Consortium ELIXIR, is to mobilise and link clinical and genomic data, to answer research questions on colorectal cancer. 

More specifically, this use case will enable the research and validation of the genomic signatures associated with the different types of colorectal cancers. The use case will mobilise data from Belgium, Hungary and Denmark, as well as data from the research infrastructure BBMRI.
