The first use case, put forward by the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control  (ECDC) will aim at demonstrating the possibility to use the EHDS to carry out infectious disease surveillance, focusing on the topic of antimicrobial resistance. 

This surveillance is part of ECDC’s core missions at the European level. This use case will mobilise Finnish, Belgian, Norwegian and Croatian data.
